For alteration in sizes customer must contact within 24 hours of the order placement time.
Refund requests are processed within 15 to 45 days, varying based on individual cases for different reasons.
Return processing takes approximately 15-20 days, with credited amounts reflecting on your account within 30 days.
Refunds are credited to the original payment method, covering item(s) cost and applicable taxes.
Non-refundable: Shipping and handling costs.
Products returned in compliance with our Terms and Conditions will receive a full refund.
Actual shipping costs are deducted for items returned against a refund.
For sizing issues, full refunds may not be issued due to post-order size confirmation. However, exchanges are possible with customers covering return shipping costs.

Free shipping is available for orders from the US, Canada, UK, and Australia.
