At Elite Fashion Tales, we understand that changes may be necessary after placing an order. Because our products are custom-made and often begin production shortly after purchase, we offer a limited window for cancellations and order modifications.

1. 24-Hour Cancellation Window

Customers may cancel or request modifications to their order within 24 hours of placing it. To do so, please email info@elitefashiontales.com with the following:

  • Your Order Number

  • The Reason for Cancellation or Change Request

We strongly encourage customers to review product descriptions, sizing charts, and personalization options thoroughly before placing an order.

2. Post-24-Hour Cancellations

Once the 24-hour window has passed, the order is considered confirmed and may have already entered production. In such cases:

  • Cancellations are no longer guaranteed.

  • A restocking or material fee of £25 / $30 may apply for any approved changes, cancellations, or exchanges.

  • Additional shipping charges may be incurred depending on order status and location.

We will do our best to accommodate late requests on a case-by-case basis, but due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our items, this cannot be guaranteed.

3. Custom and Rush Orders

  • Custom products or made-to-measure products typically require 3–4 weeks for completion.

  • Standard items require 2–3 weeks for production.

  • Rush orders are prioritized and sent to production immediately—these are non-refundable and cannot be canceled once submitted.

  • Express delivery orders also cannot be canceled or modified after placement due to immediate processing.

4. Refund Eligibility

  • If cancellation is approved within 24 hours, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • After 24 hours, if a refund is approved, it will be issued as store credit only, minus any applicable fees.

Please note: Refunds will not be granted once materials have been used or production has begun.

5. Important Notes

  • We cannot guarantee changes once the production process has started.

  • Orders that are abandoned, refused, or unclaimed upon delivery will not be eligible for refund or replacement.
