Return & Exchange Window
You may request a return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your item. To be eligible:

The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

A restocking fee of £25/$30 will apply unless the return is due to an error on our part.
We do not issue cash refunds. Eligible returns will be processed as web store credit (in the form of a coupon code) or exchange, based on your preference.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

Custom-made or custom-sized items (unless defective or misprinted).

Sale items, gift cards, and items marked as “final sale.”

Purchases made at pop-up events, trade shows, or Comic-Cons.

Accessories (e.g., caps, bags, jewelry) due to hygiene and handling restrictions, unless defective.
Custom Apparel Policy
For customized or made-to-order products (including jackets, tops, bottoms, and other apparel):

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure accurate measurements when placing an order.

Returns are only accepted if the item is defective or materially different from what was ordered.

Slight variations in fit, color, or stitching due to fabric types or handmade processes are not considered faults.
If a sizing issue is due to customer error, we may offer a discounted remake or an exchange, depending on the condition of the returned item and our discretion.

Please note:

Colors may appear different on screens versus real-life due to lighting, monitor settings, or fabric type.

Vegan leather, cotton blends, and printed fabrics may have minor inconsistencies in tone or finish. These are not considered defects.

We reserve the right to make material or color substitutions depending on availability without compromising the overall design.
How to Return an Item
To initiate a return or exchange:

Wait for a confirmation and instructions before returning any item.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method. If your return is not properly marked or delivered, Elite Fashion Tales is not liable for lost packages.
Shipping Fees & Abandoned Parcels

Original shipping fees (including express delivery) are non-refundable.

If a parcel is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to customer negligence, it will be considered an abandoned shipment. No complimentary replacement or refund will be provided.
