Production & Handling Time

  • Made-to-order apparel typically takes 7–14 business days to produce.

  • Custom-sized jackets may require 14–21 business days (2–3 weeks) for completion.

  • Please allow 3–5 working days for order handling and packaging before dispatch.

  • Production or delivery may be delayed by events beyond our control (e.g., supply chain disruptions, global events, strikes, customs, etc.).

Shipping Terms & Conditions

  • Couriers are selected based on your chosen delivery method and location.

  • Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes, hotels, army bases, or freight forwarding addresses.

  • Orders with 2 or more items shipped to the same address may qualify for bulk shipping discounts (up to 20%–50% on shipping charges) depending on the shipping method.

Address Accuracy & Changes

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details (name, address, contact number) are accurate at the time of ordering.

  • After the 24-hour window, we may not be able to modify the shipping address or cancel the order.
